Orders with Large Items:
Includes Airbeds and Bedroom Furniture etc. The trucking company that provides service will call and schedule delivery with you after it arrives to a terminal in your area (no weekends). These large item orders arrive to you within 2 to 3 weeks. Please expect a call from the trucking company.

Orders with Small Items:
Includes sheets & bedding, accessories etc. Please wait 5 to 7 days before trying to track your order. The AirBed Doctor ships worldwide and uses both UPS and FedEx to deliver small item orders. Multiple item orders can arrive from different warehouses, and on different days from either of these companies. Locate your order/reference number that was emailed at the time of ordering. You can also find your order/reference number by logging into your account.
